Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden RFP
Working with a team that soon became the Flying Pig Consulting group, we worked to develop a request for proposal to present to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. Our charge was to identify specific opportunities for improvement to any aspect of their mission or visitor experience, especially in ways that will add to the financial stability of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
During our 4 weeks working together, we developed the following vision based on our research - Visitors will respond to education through entertainment by maximizing connections with the animals and promoting animal empathy. With this in mind, we developed an innovative idea that we pitched to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden team.

This 4-week process included lots of tools, deliberation, iteration, and of course - post its. We made sure to document it all, beginning to end. Even if that meant a 100 page document.
