Hollywood Mobile Pet Grooming
Hollywood Mobile Pet Grooming is the number one mobile grooming company in Los Angeles. Over the years, I have completed multiple projects for Hollywood Grooming. Including - taking over their social media account, revamping their website, hiring a social media manager for them, streamlining onboarding processes, creating branding materials, and more. I had the opportunity to be hands-on and make a real impact on the company.

The company was growing very quickly and needed help streamlining training new employees. This meant deciding on a process of hiring, onboarding, and figuring out how employees can grow. After working closely with the managers to brainstorm and decide on the best solution, I created an employee handbook.

Partnering with an organization in Israel, Hollywood Grooming put on a fundraiser here in Los Angeles. The organization has a boarding school for troubled youth and one of the programs adopts shelter dogs for the kids to train, care for, and eventually help find a home for.

One of the owners was asked to teach a grooming course to high schoolers in Israel. I assisted her in organizing what information to include, and structuring the order of the course, and I designed the workbook all the students received.

Hollywood Rescue Grooming is a nonprofit started by Hollywood Grooming to groom shelter dogs throughout the year to increase their chances of getting adopted. Studies show that grooming increases adoption by 80%. In addition to volunteering at these events and taking photos, I occasionally designed some flyers. Here is one example. ​
