MUCCI (Miami University Community for Creativity & Innovation)
The student side of World Creativity & Innovation Week (WCIW) as well as the student side of Creativity City feel under the MUCCI umbrella. Besides those two pieces, MUCCI had weekly creative workshops which I ran. These included practicing creative tools, working on client projects, inviting guest speakers, and more. There were also some social events I ran throughout the year to encourage the team and welcome new members. I also maintained all of the organization's finances and good standing with the university.

When I took over, it was the first year the organization had to be virtual. I adapted and made sure to keep the good energy of the organization in order to keep students engaged. In addition to overcoming that challenge, I made many other positive changes while serving as the president of MUCCI. I updated the brand, grew the members by 3x, created an onboarding process, restructured the organization of leadership, and more.

There's a lot of work I accomplished with MUCCI that I cannot display, but here is a snippet of something I created while with MUCCI.

One big change I strived to make was creating a journey for new members joining MUCCI. Although I fell in love with the organization anyways, my "onboarding" process wasn't the easiest.

So I created a new intensive interview process to make sure we were getting committed members. I organized a big welcome week which included a party where they became MNMs (MUCCI New Members) and they got a MUCCI Mentor, a group project with their cohort, and more.

This MUCCI Guidebook was a big part of that process and helped new members understand more about MUCCI.
