World Creativity & Innovation Week/Day
I had the opportunity to be a part of this international organization for 3 years, eventually having the chance to be the lead director for 2 years. During my time with World Creativity & Innovation Week (WCIW) I lead 6 different teams - marketing, tech, outreach, event planning, operations, and partnerships - of over 60 people. I worked directly with international partners to coordinate over 600 different celebrations worldwide in 127 countries. In addition, I planned our weeklong HQ event with over 5,000 people in attendance. All of this was working towards building a worldwide community dedicated to celebrating all forms of creativity.

You can learn more about WCIW here. Below are a couple of highlights of my WCIW work.

Before leaving my leadership role I compiled and designed the 2022 annual report. With the help of another designer on the team, we put together a cohesive report highlighting our celebrations and accomplishments from the year.

Throughout my time with WCIW, my team and I worked hard to get organized and efficient. A big part of that was creating or organizational chart. After over 10 iterations and tests, we were able to create a productive team.
